Search for other markers increase in prostate cancer diagnosis due to the lack of prostate-specific antigen, but it has not yet found more sensitive and specific method to make diagnosis by exposing patients less treatment. The exact diagnosis of prostate cancer continues to be made by prostate biopsy. Therefore, the sensitivity and specificity investigation of PSA derivatives in early diagnosis of prostate cancer continues, and different comparisons are made in researches to find the most accurate and exact diagnostic method. It was aimed to evaluate PSA and derivatives's situation in prostate cancer diagnosis from past to present.
