Objective: A questionnaire was created for specialists and assistants of clinical biochemistry to evaluate Management of Clinical Biochemistry Laboratories.

Materials and Methods: 191 people attended in the questionnaire and 100 of participants were assistant, 91 of them specialists. 22 questions were asked to participants. The survey questions are used to determine subject about human resources, compliance with hospital management, evaluation of internal and external quality control results, and advice to the laboratory for test results.

Results: Number and rates of respondets to the survey questions are given.

Conclusion: According to results of questionnaire: Laboratories are not in a good point for the use of human resources and task definition; can be brought in a better level. The harmony between hospital management and procurement unit will enhance the performance of laborat ory. Laboratories are in a good point in assessment of results of internal and external quality control. A better standard of quality can be achieved by educating specialists after their specialization education. For conducting high-quality laboratuary service, laboratory management should determine the targets and ways to make optimal use of laboratory potentialities.
